We will gladly accept returns of all unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your order unless indicated as exchange-only or final sale on the individual product page.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact info@waltzstudio.com within 10 days to request a return/exchange. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. A flat $12 fee will be deducted from the return to cover the cost of return shipping and processing fees.
In the case of an exchange valued over $250, we will cover the cost of one round of return shipping.
All sales are final 10 days after order is received. We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
