SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on US orders over $250. All packages are shipped from our San Francisco studio.

We ship domestically using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Express mail. International orders can be shipped with UPS or USPS.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of styles indicated as preorder. If you need your order to ship sooner, please contact info@waltzstudio.com and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible!

Availability of items is not guaranteed. We will contact you right away by email if your item is unavailable or delayed.

 

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been accepted and scanned in by USPS or UPS. In the event of a delayed or lost package, please contact the carrier directly. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and secure address for delivery.

 

OPTIONAL PACKAGE PROTECTION 

We have partnered with Route to offer package protection against loss, damage, or theft. Protecting your package is optional, but highly recommended.

Package protection is added by default to every order. If you remove it, please be aware that we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages once they have left our custody. If you would like to remove Route protection after purchase but prior to shipping please let us know and we will issue a refund. Once the item has shipped we can not offer a refund for package protection. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges requested within 10 days of delivery. Contact us within 10 days to request a return shipping label. A flat $12 fee will be deducted from the return to cover the cost of return shipping and processing fees. 

In the case of an exchange valued over $250, we will cover the cost of one round of return shipping.
